It will take 5 to 7 business days for us to complete all necessary paperwork to prepare your application packet for the State. Once we receive all completed documents from you; your completed Wholesale Dealer Application package we will schedule the State to come inspect your office and paperwork for approval.
Paperwork will include the following:
-Small Business Corporation or LLC Certificate, DBA Certificate, Articles, Wholesale Dealer License Application, Lease, Surety Bond, and Proof of Garage Insurance.
You will need a Surety Bond and Insurance as part of your application. We have companies that we can refer you to who can assist you with this process. The Insurance Agency will provide you with both bond and insurance quotes. The bond pricing will depend on your personal credit. The insurance pricing will depend on your Driving record as well as you personal address. We will assist you with each phase of the process!
Refund Policy:
Licensing, Incorporation and Set up fees are non-refundable. Rent is non-refundable. Principal will be responsible for any costs associated with collection of non-payment; including, but not limited to chargebacks, insufficient funds, any or all other fees generated therefrom.
